Create comprehensive, detailed timeline, floor plan, and set up list
Venue walk-through prior to wedding day
Confirm details (including delivery times, items being delivered, etc.) with vendors 2 weeks prior and share timeline
Coordinate rehearsal and distribute timeline to appropriate family members and wedding party members
Collect all décor items at rehearsal & transport to wedding site on wedding day
Up to 10 hours day-of coordination, including set up and strike
Ceremony site set-up supervision (chairs, programs, flowers, etc.)
Reception site set-up supervision (tables, linens, place cards, menus, guestbook, favors, etc.)
Greeting and directing all vendors; serve as point person
Ensure vendors provide services as requested
Direct ceremony procession and activities
Help coordinate family photos
Line up wedding party and cue for reception grand entrance
Coordinate reception events: grand entrance, special dances, cake-cutting, toasts, etc.
Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors on your behalf
